You may already have found a suitable source of old agricultural accessories (in miniature is best), or you will give yourself time to browse in second-hand shops or toy shops. It can be very satisfying to add to your collection of hay wagons, tools, milk churns and various animals over the course of time, so that one day you will be able to produce them on the table for such an occasion.
Add to your decorations with fruit according to season. In this case the food should not be brought to the table but should be part of the decorations, tempting people to pick and choose whatever they like. For example, you could use home-made bread, apples and cherries as shown on this table.
